Full Time Real Estate Trainer
Our full time trainer and managers facilitate will train you on the critical topics and systems that are necessary for you to be able to build and sustain a successfully business.
Full Time IT Trainer
The IT world is ever changing and our IT Trainer is there to assist you with the challenges you face daily in the new technology forum. Our IT trainer is available in each office on a weekly basis. If you have technology related questions but can't find the answer you are looking for, you can schedule to meet with our IT Trainer for a one on one consultation.
Full Time Business Coach
No need to hire an expensive coach from an outside supplier. Our own in-house coach works one on one with you to enhance your personal business and help you grow it to its maximum potential. Group Coaching Sessions are also offered.
Five Full Time Non-Competing Managers/ Brokers

This intensive 7 week mentoring program is designed to teach you Business Planning, Implementation of Revenue Streams and to ensure that your key systems are in place. Your branch manager will be working with you through this very hands on, real world situations, of what you really need to know about trading in real estate and how to build your real estate business.
Royal LePage University: Approved RECO Continuing Education Courses
The exclusive Royal LePage Platinum program provides another resource venue for continuing education courses that are required by the Real Estate Council of Ontario for every two year licensing cycle.
These courses are available to all Royal LePage Team Realty Sales Representatives at no additional cost and can be completed with ease right on line, from the comfort of your own home. Every two year licensing cycle, RECO will require that you take a minimum of 24 credit courses, 6 of which must be the RECO Update Course. Royal LePage University has numerous courses available to make up the balance of the 18 credits.
