How to Enter: How to Enter:  If you buy or sell a home with one of the Royal LePage Team Realty agents your name will be automatically entered into the draw.  *For a no purchase entry you should visit one of our 6 office locations (see below for addresses) or one of our participating agent open houses from November 1st, 2007 to December 30th, 2009 to receive a pre-printed ballot.  Deposit your completed ballot, before the contest deadline, in the ballot boxes located at participating offices.  Deadline for office ballot entry will be Wednesday, December 30th, 2009 at office closing.  For ballots that you receive by visiting a participating Royal LePage Team Realty open house please mail to Choose What Moves You Contest, c/o Royal LePage Team Realty, 6081 Hazeldean Road, Suite 12B, Stittsville, ON  K2S 1B9.  Each entry mailed must be mailed separately, bear sufficient postage and be postmarked on or before December 30th, 2009 the contest closing date.  Royal LePage Team Realty will not be responsible for any lost, missing or misdirected entries.  Remember to answer, unaided, the skill-testing question.  No purchase necessary.  Only original ballots will be accepted. Any mailed entry containing more than one ballot will be disqualified immediately.  Limit of one ballot per household. 

Contest Eligibility: Contest Eligibility:  This contest is open only to residents of Ontario, and must be 19 years of age or older, and excludes all employees (current and retired) of Royal LePage Team Realty and related franchises, Mortgage Brokers.com, and all their immediate families (children, siblings, grandparents and those relatives living in the same household) and those with whom they are domiciled.  Entrants under the age of majority are not eligible to win the prize.

 

3 Prize Draws: 3 Prize Draws: July 1st, 2008, December 31st, 2008 and August 1st, 2009 The selected entrant will receive: A choice of a Sea Doo GTI SE130, Outlander Max 400 ATV, or a Skidoo MZ500.  Chances of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.  Winners must show proper identification to collect their prize.  The winner must be a resident of Ontario, have reached age of majority, hold a valid driver’s license and have satisfactory proof of insurance.  Prize may not be exactly as shown in contest publicity or promotional materials. These prizes have no cash value and must be selected from the 3 models offered.

Final Prize Draw: Final Prize Draw:  December 31st, 2009 The selected entrant will be awarded our promotional 2007 Chevrolet Colorado LT. Royal LePage Team Realty, at their cost, will remove all promotional lettering before transfer. Winner is responsible for all expenses which are not included in the prize description above, including but not limited to: insurance, gas consumption, and all other costs incurred in claiming and using the vehicle.  This prize has no cash value and must be accepted as awarded. 

December 31st, 2009 The selected entrant will be awarded our promotional 2007 Chevrolet Colorado LT. Royal LePage Team Realty, at their cost, will remove all promotional lettering before transfer. Winner is responsible for all expenses which are not included in the prize description above, including but not limited to: insurance, gas consumption, and all other costs incurred in claiming and using the vehicle.  This prize has no cash value and must be accepted as awarded.

Random Prize Draws: One eligible prize winner will be selected by random draw from all of the eligible entries received on the following schedule:

July 1st, 2008 draw – all entries received between November 1st, 2007 and June 30th, 2008 will be eligible for the 1st prize draw
December 31st, 2008 draw – all entries received between July 1st, 2008 and December 30th, 2008 will be eligible for the 2nd prize draw
August 1st, 2009 draw- all entries received between December 31st, 2008 and July 31st, 2009 will be eligible for the 3rd prize draw
December 31st, 2009 draw– all entries received between November 1st, 2007 and December 30th, 2009 will be eligible for the Final Prize Draw.

The eligible potential winner will be contacted by mail, phone or e-mail within 48 hours of the draw.  Before being declared the winner, a selected entrant’s skill-testing question must be verified to be correct.  If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw or, if contacted, does not claim his or her prize within 7 days after notification of winning, or does not meet all of the contest conditions, another entry will be randomly selected from all the remaining eligible entries.  Odds of being selected are solely dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. 

Liability: By entering the contest, the Entrant confirms that he/she has read and understood these contest rules and regulations.  Royal LePage Team Realty and its respective directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be responsible for: a) any injury, loss or damages of any kind (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) with respect to, or in any way arising from this contest, and/or the prize awarded; b) lost, destroyed, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or late entries which will be void.  Entry materials that have been tampered with, reproduced, falsified or altered are void.

Publicity: By entering the “Choose What Moves You” contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and consents to the use of their name, city of residence, likeness, photograph, and image without payment or compensation, in any publicity or advertising in any medium carried out by Royal LePage Team Realty.  All entries become the property of Team Realty Inc., and will not be returned.
